Organisational Structure
CIF has got the following components in its structure:
1. Council: The council comprises of staff, organizational
members of CIF, and representatives of regional networks and consultants
as well as well-wishers of the organization. CIF organizes the assembly
of the council every three years. The assembly provides suggestion and
recommendation to General Assembly for designing future policies, strategies
and programmes of the organization.
2. General Assembly: The general assembly of the organization
is held every year. The assembly will be responsible for policy making,
planning, programming and budgeting.
3. Convention: The convention consists of members of
CIF, responsible for policy making and formation of executive committee
for three year tenure.
4. Executive Body: An executive committee is formed
by the convention. The committee is responsible for conducting regular
activities of organization.
5. Advisory committee: The executive committee can form
an advisory board. Persons affiliated with different reputed sectors will
be appointed as advisors. The advisory board will provide advice and suggestion
to the CIF as and when needed for the organization.
